Return & Refund Policy
This policy applies to all research papers, reports, PDFs, downloadable or email-delivered products, business audits, custom research and other products or services supplied by RVSR Group.
1. All Sales Are Final
आरवीएसआर ग्रुप के सभी रिसर्च पेपर, पीडीएफ, ईमेल या डाउनलोड से भेजे जाने वाले उत्पाद, कस्टम रिसर्च, व्यवसाय ऑडिट तथा अन्य सेवाएँ सामान्यतः वापस या रिफंड योग्य नहीं हैं।
2. Why Refunds Are Not Available
RVSR Group's products and services are created, reviewed or prepared through human research, analysis, professional time and intellectual effort. Many assignments are accepted on an advance or pre-order basis and work may begin immediately after payment or confirmation.
Once professional time, research effort, analysis, preparation or digital delivery has been committed, that work cannot be returned, reversed or reused as a physical product could be.
3. Our Delivery Commitment
RVSR Group will deliver the product, report, research output, audit, document or service that was specifically promised or agreed for the order or engagement.
If there is a genuine delivery issue, RVSR Group may correct, complete or re-deliver the promised work as appropriate. Such correction or re-delivery does not create an automatic right to a refund.
4. No Refund for Business Outcomes
Research and advisory services support decision-making but do not guarantee sales, profit, investment returns, funding approval, market success or any other specific commercial result. A different business outcome does not make the service refundable.
5. Exception Required by Law
Nothing in this policy excludes any refund, remedy or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law. Where such a mandatory legal right applies, RVSR Group will comply with the applicable requirement.
