Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to all RVSR Group research products, business audits, custom research, digital deliverables and professional services.

1. No Cancellation After Order Confirmation

Once an order, project, research request, business audit or professional engagement has been confirmed and the applicable payment or advance has been received, the order is considered final and cannot be cancelled.

2. Reason for No-Cancellation Policy

RVSR Group's research, audit and professional services involve allocation of human expertise, research time, project capacity, analysis resources and internal scheduling from the time an engagement is confirmed.

Because these resources are reserved specifically for the confirmed order, the engagement cannot be reversed in the same manner as an ordinary retail purchase.

3. Change in Scope Is Not Cancellation

Where commercially reasonable, RVSR Group may consider a written request to adjust the scope, priority or delivery structure of an existing engagement. Any such change is subject to approval and may involve revised fees or timelines.

A scope adjustment does not constitute cancellation and does not create a right to refund.

4. Delivery Obligation

RVSR Group remains responsible for delivering the product, report, research output, audit or service agreed for the confirmed engagement, subject to the applicable scope, timeline and client cooperation requirements.

5. Mandatory Legal Rights

Nothing in this policy excludes any cancellation right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law. Where such a mandatory legal right applies, RVSR Group will comply with the applicable legal requirement.
